【Abstract】 Based on the construction status of the provincial geographic information public service platform,a design pattern of sharing platform using SOA is proposed,which integrates the Flex,Spring and Hibernate techniques and in order to develop the functions of the Public Service Platform.And the WebGIS application programs are developed by the ArcGIS API for Flex supporting REST.This technical method is practical and innovative in the current public service platform construction field. 更多还原
