利用MODIS、TRMM传感器数据和CASA模型,估算了新疆准格尔盆地南缘2000-2009年的植被净初级生产力(Net Primary Productivity,NPP)信息。在CASA模型实现中,利用TRMM数据反演研究区降水量,减少了依靠地面稀疏气象站点插值带来的误差,从而提高了模型估算精度。同时,分析了准格尔南缘的石河子及周边地区2000年以来植被NPP的变化趋势及其影响因素。结果表明,区域气候、植被覆盖类型与人类活动是影响该地区植被NPP波动的主导因素,其中植被类型和降水量的影响尤其重要,研究结果对进一步解析准格尔南缘生态系统演化和研究碳循环过程具有参考价值。
